For renters policies placed through third-party channels, the process and coverage structure are often more standardized. Coverages such as personal property are typically included by default, if a client chooses to decline them, a signed selection form is required. This is a compliance requirement, not something unique to our office.

Regarding your homeowners quote, we are bound by underwriting guidelines and system requirements that determine minimum coverage levels. While we always aim to tailor policies as closely as possible to a client’s preferences, there are limits to how much coverage can be adjusted.

We do our best to provide timely service to all clients, while also prioritizing those with active and comprehensive policies through our third party channels. That said, we are always working to improve communication and clarity throughout the process.
