"We recently moved from Atlanta and have had State Farm Insurance for 52 years and hated to leave our SF team there. I met Victoria at a Brownwood Square booth in December. When we finally arrive here I phoned her office and spoke with Dena Pickard and Dena was so good and knowledgeable getting us converted over to Florida. One evening she even worked late over the phone to make sure all needs were met for our house, cars and golf cart. Way to go DENA! She is a credit to your agency."

"State Farm in general is good but this agent is VERY difficult to work with. I had car insurance with her then I moved and wanted to move my policy to a different agent (still State Farm) so that I could consolidate with my home owner’s policy. She gave me a really hard time and basically refused to do it. About 6 months later I found a better rate with USAA so I called to cancel. Same routine “oh we require proof of your new insurance before we’ll cancel…” blah blah blah. Really? Who died and made you DMV? It’s just another stall technique. Plus Victoria herself is always too busy to talk to you so you’re dealing with her assistants who have no authority. So done with her"

"Hi Hilary, as requested, we transferred your policy on December 26, 2024, and it was your responsibility to sign the email confirmation sent by the regional office to complete the transfer. You did not finish the email that was sent to you, and that responsibility lies with you. I have spoken with you directly, and everything Juliana communicated to you falls within her responsibilities. I remain committed to my principles and will not compromise my values for any particular customer. Our process does not change based on what you request us to do, I will not allow you to place my team or myself in a situation that goes against my beliefs and the integrity of this office."

"Angie extremely helpful. Answered all of my questions, gave quotes and signed me up. Rates quoted were better than my old insurer. I ended up with home, car and golf cart coverage. "During the hurricanes, (Helene and Milton), I was unable to get insurance and could not close on my new home. Had to reschedule closing date. As soon as the hurricanes were no longer a threat, I was able to get Insurance on our new home. Dena was there to help me. Although I was stressed about closing on my Home, Dena assured me, everything was gonna be okay and was able to get my insurance started before my rescheduled closing date. She also went over all the Insurance covered . I also combined my auto insurance as well. Big difference in the price that we used to pay. Thank you, State Farm. "Angie with Victoria Carosella's State Farm office was exceptional. My husband and I acquired a bus we are converting to an RV and we had some trouble seeking insurance.
