"Amanda was extremely helpful when the rental car portion of our claim was messed up by Hertz. Kuddos to the state farm claims team and Enterprise for a quick solution to the problem. "I spoke with Angie from state farm because I felt my former insurer sent my rates on auto through the roof and explained where I was on what I had on my now former policy. She was very kind, not pushy trying to sell me and actually wound up with better coverage a much cheaper rate and very polite and really appreciated that she took a nice understanding and obviously I hope to avoid ever having to be involved in an insurance related manner and we talked, we laughed, she gave me options based on my information and not only did my rates go down but I wound up with much better coverage and I can't thank her enough or State Farm which seems to care more than most i have dealt with. God bless them all. It was a really nice experience."
